What is the best way to keep my products so they are fresh and long lasting?

How does it begin with an idea?

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. However, in general our body products have a shelf life of 6 months when placed in a cool dry environment and years if refrigerated. For that reason we suggest putting unused products in the refrigerator to extend their shelf life. During cold months our butters' consistency and smoothness may shift due to the natural ingredients. If you find it to be grainy carefully melt on low for about 35 seconds until liquid, cool at room temperature then place in the refrigerator. It will become perfectly smooth again.ur head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

NOTE:   DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.   If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we may offer an online store credit on a case by case basis.    We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY OUR SAMPLE POUCH FIRST IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN ABOUT WHICH FRAGRANCE WILL BE TO YOUR LIKING.

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale.  However, due to the category of our product (perishable) we only able to offer refunds on a case by case basis, preferably on unopened/unused items. Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned for online credit or refund to card less the shipping fees within 14 days of receipt of item/s when accompanied by the following:

-Original receipt/packing slip, all original packaging affixed to item.  Opened and/or used items will not be accepted for refund, only exchange or credit.  We do not cover costs for return shipping.  

Refunds are not issued for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Items in these categories will be replaced.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact keba@butterbykeba.com or 347-674-3638

I purchased $50 or more in product but I received an error/invalid message when I submitted my code.

All discount and promotional codes are case sensitive.  Please make sure you are submitting the code exactly as listed.  Free shipping for orders $65+ is applied on the net total after discounts are calculated.

We've found that Precious Sudan, Le Coconut, Lotus Nut and Citruese are our best sellers.  Ms. Jaque Reid wears a combination of our fragrances which she changes as she chooses.     Our line of products is designed to mix and match creating a unique fragrance that works in harmony with each customer's body chemistry.  We recommend that you choose a combination of fragrances that work best with your chemistry.
